All NLOA members, families, friends and supporters are invited to attend our Latino Empowerment Luncheon on Sunday, September 23rd from 12:00 to 5:00 PM at Eastwood Manor, 3371 Eastchester Road, Bronx, NY 10469. Our guest speaker will be Nelson Antonio Denis, author of War Against All Puerto Ricans: Revolution and Terror in America’s Colony on the anniversary of El Grito De Lares (Puerto Rico’s revolt for independence on September 23, 1868).
