Discovery for Justice Rally

Discovery for Justice and community leaders will host a rally and press conference on Monday September 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM to advocate for open, early and automatic discovery of evidence. They will also demand that the New York State Legislature repeal Criminal Procedure Law 240 and enact Criminal Procedure Law 245. All NLOA members and supporters are asked to attend. The march will begin at Hostos Community College on 149th Street and Grand Concourse, and end at Bronx Civil Court on 161st Street and Grand Concourse.
